China CNC Laser Cutting Service | Custom Laser Cut Parts
XTJ CNC is a Chinese manufacturer that offers CNC laser cutting service, delivering precision laser cut metal parts in just three to five business days. You can get your parts from us with tolerances to ±0.1 mm and no minimum order quantity.
We use the fiber laser system to cut mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, galvanized steel, and titanium. Every order goes through a pre-production Design for Manufacturability (DFM) review so that we catch any issues before the first cut.
What Sets a Precision China Laser Cutting Supplier Apart From a Generic Shop?
Precision laser cutting is tight-tolerance and time-sensitive, and not every China laser cutting service can manage that. Many shops operate with older COβ equipment, no engineering review, and lead times measured in weeks. Here’s how XTJ CNC compares:
| Capability | XTJ CNC | Generic Laser Shop |
|---|---|---|
| Lead time | 3–5 days (prototype); short-run batches on request | 2–6 weeks standard |
| Minimum order | No MOQ | Often 50–500+ pieces |
| Laser cutting tolerance | ±0.1 mm positional accuracy | ±0.3–0.5 mm typical |
| Material range | Steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, titanium | Steel and aluminum only (common) |
| DFM review | Included before first cut | Rarely included |
| Secondary processes | CNC bending, welding, machining, finishing in-house | Outsourced or not available |
| Inspection | CMM dimensional verification per part | Visual or spot-check only |
| Certifications | ISO 9001, IATF 16949 | Often uncertified |
XTJ CNC’s fiber laser systems produce narrower kerfs and a smaller heat-affected zone than COβ alternatives. Tighter cuts mean your mating flanges, hole patterns, and formed edges stay within tolerance without secondary grinding or fitting work.
What China CNC Laser Cutting Services do We Offer?
XTJ CNC considers your geometry, material, and end-use requirements for every process. We don’t subcontract; cutting, bending, welding, machining, and finishing all happen under one roof. No supplier handoffs.
Fiber Laser Cutting
Our fiber laser systems can work on sheet thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 25 mm. We can guarantee positional tolerances to ±0.1 mm because fiber lasers outperform COβ on thin-gauge aluminum and reflective metals.
We cover all common engineering metals: mild steel, stainless steel (304, 316, 316L), aluminum (5052, 6061, 7075), copper, brass, galvanized steel, and titanium.
After cutting, your parts go under our CNC press brakes, coming out with a bend angle accuracy of ±0.5°.
Before the first part runs, we program offline bend sequences, which minimizes springback variation, and dimensional consistency holds across every piece in your batch.
Welding and Assembly
When working with structural assemblies, multi-part enclosures, and weld frames, we choose from MIG, TIG, and spot welding. Our weld quality follows AWS D1.1 and ISO 3834 standards with full traceability on materials and process parameters. After assembly, your parts undergo CMM dimensional inspection before shipping.
Secondary CNC Machining
Since we’re dealing with tight tolerances, we sometimes encounter laser cut parts that need tight-tolerance drilled holes, countersinks, or milled pockets that press brakes can't form.
We introduce CNC milling and turning into our laser cutting process, all in the same facility, to achieve those tighter tolerance requirements.
Surface Finishing
Our finishing options include anodizing, powder coating, painting, electroplating, passivation, bead blasting, and deburring. We lock surface specifications to your drawing before cutting starts. For medical and food-grade parts, we apply passivation to 304, 316, and 316L stainless steel and maintain full material traceability through to the finished surface.
Which Materials are Available for China Laser Cutting Parts?
Our custom laser cut parts require a broad range of metals. The table below covers the most common material options, grades, and applications:
| Material | Common Grades | Thickness Range | Typical Applications |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mild Steel | A36, S235, Q235 | 0.5–20 mm | Structural frames, brackets, enclosures |
| Stainless Steel | 304, 316, 316L | 0.5–12 mm | Medical, food-grade, marine parts |
| Aluminum | 5052, 6061, 7075 | 0.5–12 mm | Aerospace panels, electronic housings |
| Copper & Brass | C11000, C26000 | 0.5–6 mm | Electrical components, heat exchangers |
| Galvanized Steel | SGCC, SECC | 0.5–3 mm | Consumer products, light industrial |
| Titanium | Grade 2, Grade 5 | 0.5–6 mm | Aerospace, medical implant components |
We will issue material certificates for every order. If your project involves an alloy not listed above, contact our engineering team to confirm processability before quoting.
Which Industries do We Support With China Laser Cutting Services?
Our ISO 9001 certified quality system underpins every laser cutting order we ship. We serve demanding applications across five primary industries:
Aerospace
The aerospace industry exemplifies strict tight tolerances and quality control. Certified raw materials and traceable inspection records are required at this level. We meet these standards by cutting structural brackets, housings, and panels from aluminum (6061, 7075), titanium (Grade 2, Grade 5), and stainless steel.
Every order then ships with full CMM documentation and material certificates. Contact our team to discuss AS9100 alignment for your program.
Automotive
Our automotive operations cover prototype builds, battery enclosures, and interior structural components. We support pre-production validation of body reinforcements.
We operate under IATF 16949 compliant processes, issuing First Article Inspection (FAI) reports and GD&T-annotated CMM outputs upon request.
Medical and Healthcare
Burr-free edges are a requirement for medical device enclosures and instrument frames. We cut and finish prototype housings to medical-grade tolerances and strict dimensional control.
Our processes align with ISO 13485 requirements, and we keep full material traceability from raw stock through to the finished part.
Electronics and Consumer Products
This industry calls for dimensional accuracy and cosmetically acceptable surfaces. We treat electronics enclosures, chassis, and mounting hardware to a high validation standard. R&D teams use our three to five business day lead times for these validations before committing to expensive production tooling.
We frequently use 5052 and 6061 aluminum and apply in-house anodizing or powder coating to lock in cosmetic requirements.
Industrial Equipment
We use heavier gauges and structural welds for industrial equipment prototypes. Our cutting and welding process often involve mild/galvanized steel. We handle fabrication and assembly as a single work order.
When we use MIG and TIG welding, the process follows AWS D1.1 and ISO 3834 standards, and every finished assembly undergoes CMM dimensional inspection before it ships.

China CNC Laser Cutting Service FAQs
Fiber laser cutting delivers tighter tolerances, cleaner edge quality, and faster cycle times than both waterjet and plasma for most sheet metal thicknesses. Waterjet is better suited to heat-sensitive materials or thicknesses above 25 mm. For the material and thickness ranges we work with, fiber laser is the more accurate and cost-effective choice.
Fiber laser cutting produces clean, burr-minimal edges on most metals without secondary grinding. For cosmetically sensitive parts or tight-fit assemblies, we include deburring and edge finishing as part of the work order. Surface roughness on cut edges typically falls between Ra 1.6 and Ra 6.3, depending on the material and thickness.
STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG, and PDF are the standard formats we support for drawing files. We also consider flat-pattern DXF alongside a 3D STEP model. Our engineering team can still help you if all you have is a sketch or a PDF.
Yes, our fiber laser systems handle reflective metals that cause problems for older COβ equipment. We regularly cut copper (C11000) and brass (C26000) sheets from 0.5 mm to 6 mm. Contact us with your material spec and thickness for a quote.
Before we review your design files, we can sign non-disclosure agreements. With us, your drawings, CAD files, and part specifications stay confidential and donβt go beyond the production team handling your order.
